Cutting Edge Contracting, Incorporated is now owned and operated by Cindy Wilhelm. Steve Wilhelm started Cutting Edge Contracting, Inc. in August of 2000 in Frederick, Maryland, after working in the carpentry industry since the age of 14. Steve has a reputation of being an honest and skilled builder, with an eye for detail. On July 22, 2020 Steve Wilhelm passed away after losing his 13 year battle to melanoma cancer. With his passing, his wife Cindy Wilhelm has taken over the company to keep the family business going. Our company goal is to give you a superior product, great service, and to meet and/or exceed your expectations.

Cutting Edge Contracting, Inc.'s specialty is the building and selling of spec homes with custom home features and amenities.
